Pruitt won’t say if Trump believes climate change is real

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt declined on Friday to answer repeated questions about whether President Donald Trump believes climate change is real or a hoax. A day after Trump took the U.S. out of the Paris accord, Pruitt answered reporters’ questions by saying Trump focused on whether the emissions-reducing deal was good or bad for the U.S. Trump said the agreement hurt the U.S. economy and that he would try to negotiate a better deal.
