President Donald Trump will host Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Mar-a-Lago estate from April 6-7, the White House announced Thursday morning. Trump and Xi will discuss “global, regional and bilateral issues of mutual concern,” the White House said in a statement, without elaboration. During the presidential campaign Trump took a hard line on China’s trade and currency practices.
