The Timken Co. said Tuesday it’s raising its quarterly dividend by 4% to 27 cents a share. The maker of bearings and mechanical power transmission products said the new payment will be made June 1 to shareholders of record as of May 19. Shares were trading up 0.7% Tuesday, and are up 21% in 2017 so far, while the S&P 500 has gained 7%.
