Micron Technology Inc. and Western Digital Corp. are in talks with SanDisk about a possible acquisition, said Bloomberg, citing anonymous sources. No decision has been made, the sources told Bloomberg. SanDisk shares ended Tuesday down 1.7%. SanDisk has lagged in recent months amid product-qualification delays and lower-than-expected sales.
