Logitech to buy video-game headset maker Astro for $85 million

Logitech International said late Tuesday it has agreed to buy Astro Gaming, a maker of headsets for video games, for $85 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to close in early August, Logitech said in a statement. The deal is expected to be “slightly dilutive to the bottom line” in the first year as Logitech integrates the business and invests to expand Astro internationally, the company said.
