Amazon.com Inc. said Monday that it will give every household in the real town of Manchester-by-the-Sea a free year of Prime and a three-pack of Wickedly Prime Popcorn to celebrate the May 5 release of its Oscar-winning film “Manchester by the Sea” on Prime Video. All Prime members will be able to stream the movie starting Friday. Manchester-by-the-Sea residents will receive a gift box this week, Amazon said, with a code for the free offer. Amazon shares are up 42.5% for the past year while the S&P 500 index is up 15.7% for the same period.
