A Delray Beach warehouse avoided foreclosure after it was sold for $3 million to the owner of a restoration company.
Bank of America filed a $2.84 million foreclosure lawsuit in 2014 against RAK Delray LLC, along with managing members Robert Kirland and Rowena Kirland. The bank later sold the loan to Fairview Investment Fund II.
RAK Delray recently sold the 30,840-square-foot warehouse on 2.9 acres at 855 N.W. 17th Ave. for $3 million to JTR Holdings, managed by Joseph C. Taylor. That was enough… …read more
