Sanmina shares rise as board approves stock buyback

Sanmina Corp. rose in Monday’s extended session after the company’s board authorized a share buyback of up to $150 million. The repurchase program has no expiration date and will commence when the company goes through the $63 million remaining in its current plan. Shares of Sanmina gained 1% after hours.
