Refiner PBF Energy Inc. has had a chemical leak in its Delaware City, Del. refinery, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday. Three workers were sent home, according to the newspaper. The refinery shut down last week following a compressor malfunction and small fire. No one was injured in that incident. PBF Energy didn’t immediately return requests for comment late Friday. Shares of the company were flat in after-hours trading Friday after ending the regular session up 3%.
