Cybersecurity company Optiv Inc. said it seeks to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission filing late Friday. Optiv reported 2015 revenue of $947.3 million and a net loss of $14.4 million. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Citigroup are listed among the underwriters. The Denver-based company plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “OPTV”.
