A technology problem has delayed at least 450 Southwest Airlines flights Sunday, according to a statement from the discount carrier . By late afternoon, more than 10 percent of the airline’s scheduled flights had been affected. Passengers are being asked to arrive at least two hours ahead of flight times and to use airport kiosks to print boarding passes and baggage tags.
