Lannett Co. shares jumped in the extended session Wednesday after the generic drug maker said it was acquiring Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals Inc. for $1.23 billion. Lannett shares jumped 21% to $60. Kremers is the U.S. generic drug unit of UCB SA . Lannett said it expects the acquisition to boost fiscal 2016 EPS by mid- to high-single digits, and by 20% to 25% in fiscal 2017.
