The company is offering 8 million shares to raise up to $80,000,000. The company had previously said it would offer 13 million shares to raise $130 million. The stock is expected to trade Friday on the Nasdaq under the symbol “KLREU.”EarlyBird Capital is the sole underwriter of the offering.
