Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis has refused to issue marriage licenses, citing her religious beliefs, following a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court legalizing gay marriage. U.S. District Judge David Bunning told Davis she would remain in jail until she complied with his order, the Associated Press reported.
