Two significant foreclosure lawsuits were recently filed in Miami-Dade County, including one targeting retail space in a downtown Miami condo.
Brickell Bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit on June 14 against 900 Retail 101 LLC, 900 Retail 104 LLC, and 900 Retail 105 LLC over three retail condos on the ground-floor of the 900 Biscayne Bay condominium. Those units total 7,335, 1,676, and 1,416 square feet, respectively.
Two of the five retail condo units in the building are not in foreclosure.
