Denver-area foreclosures were down 14 percent in 2015 from a year earlier to an all-time low rate, according to year-end data from y RealtyTrac.
The low foreclosure rate speak to the health of the overall Denver economy, said Daren Blomquist, vice president at RealtyTrac.
