A apartment building in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood escaped foreclosure after its owner modified its mortgage.
SHE DDF1-FL1 LLC, an affiliate of Miami Beach-based Safe Harbor Equity Managers, filed a $2.67 million foreclosure lawsuit in November 2015 against TwoFifty Collins LLC. It targeted the 28-unit building at 250 and 260 Collins Ave.
