Express Scripts board adds 65 million shares to buyback program

Express Scripts Holding Co. said late Friday in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that its board increased the pharmacy-benefits manager’s share buyback program. Express Scripts said the program was increased by 65 million shares, or by $4.54 billion going by Friday’s closing stock price, for a total authorization of 330 million shares. Express Scripts shares were unchanged at $69.92 after hours, following a 1.1% gain Friday.
