Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. said Tuesday its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents a share to be paid on Sept. 1 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 11. That’s a 4.2% increase over last year’s dividend, the Lowell, Mass. bank said. Shares of Enterprise Bancorp were flat in after-hours trading Tuesday after ending the regular session up 1.8%.
