The S&P 500 was up 2 points, or 0.1%, to 2,551. trading a point below its record set last week. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite index was up 6 points, or 0.1%, to 6,596. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 13 points, or 0.1%, to 22,786 at the open. Among the best performer on Wall Street, Kohl’s jumped after analysts at Telsey Advisory Group the stock was raised to outperform from market perform.
