Delta lifts ground stop on all of its flights

The ground stop on all Delta Air Lines Inc. flights worldwide has been lifted as of 8:40 a.m. Monday, the company said. A power outage in Atlanta at 2:30 a.m. EST had affected Delta’s computer system and delayed and cancelled flights worldwide. Now, Delta said limited departures are happening, but customers should still “expect delays and cancellations” when they go to the airport. Additionally, the flight times and statuses may still be behind on Delta apps, the website and in the airport. Shares of Delta were down 1.25% in premarket trade Monday.
