Community Health Systems shares dropped 13% to $10.60 after hours. The company reported adjusted second-quarter earnings of 9 cents on revenue of $4.59 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had estimated earnings of 56 cents a share on revenue of $4.54 billion.
