The stock has gained 74% in the last 12 months, driven by excitement about its competitive advantages and its ever-growing push into new categories. On Wednesday, MKM Partners raised their price target on the stock to $1,750 from $1,350 and said Amazon is the best growth story of megacaps in the long term. The S&P 500 has gained 14% in the last 12 months.
