Walsh will succeed Allergan’s current CFO Tessa Hilado, who said in September that she would retire when a replacement was found. Allergan’s stock, which slipped 0.3% in premarket trade, has slipped 1.4% over the past three months through Friday, while the S&P 500 has gained 6.7%.
