Inge Thulin, the chief executive of 3M , said Wednesday he is leaving President Donald Trump’s manufacturing jobs council. His announcement makes him the latest leader to quit the group following Trump’s initial failure to single out white supremacists for last weekend’s violence in Charlottesville, Va. Thulin said he believes the council is no longer a vehicle for 3M to advance its goals of making the U.S. “stronger, healthier and more prosperous for all people.”
